It’s a great and delightful new to the Northern Ghana Gospel Music Industry that our own International Boy, Wisdom Konlaa will be ministering at the 2023 Urban Gospel Festival that will take place in Accra on 28th June 2023 inside Perez Dome, Dzorwulu.
Urban Gospel is a fast rising movement in Ghana and the world as a whole. Pioneers such as the Preachers, Kingzkid, Esaias, Royal Priesthood, Lil Zig amongst many others have paved the way for new school artistes such as KobbySalm, Wuddah, Belac360, Wisdom Konlaa, Trooth WordSmith, Obbey Tunez, Ams Writter, Edem Evangelist, Goddey, Absteiner, amongst a host of others. Urban Gospel is now accepted in the Ghanaian church space though it still faces few challenges.
Consequentially, the Urban Gospel Festival has been incerpted to create a relevant platform to leverage on these special gifts within the body of Christ in making Christ known to our generation. While building an atmosphere that would create more awareness on urban gospel, this would also serve as an avenue to socialize, display giftings to glorify God, build networks to grow the community of Urban Gospel and most importantly, win souls. The atmosphere of the festival is always made-up of decent display of arts, fashion, gaming, sports, freestyling, vendors, music, dance, live band, competitions with prizes to be won, etc.
The Urban Gospel Festival ends with a concert with stunning ministrations from the Artistes in the Urban Gospel fraternity. The Festival starts at 10:00am whilst the concert starts at 5:00pm.
The current Northern Ghana Entertainment Awards Gospel Artiste of The Year, Wisdom Konlaa will be ministering upside Kingzkid, Esaias, the 100percent hitmaker Scott Evans and many other Urban Gospel Tycoons in this second edition of Urban Gospel Festival.
