Essence of The Psalmist is a non-denominational/ interdenominational music ministry that seeks to win souls for God’s kingdom and reach out to the needy through music, bringing good, more than Just songs. The ministry also aims at training and nurturing talents of individual of the group. The ministry is building wings of worshipers who shall affect Ghana and the world beyond.
Essence of The Psalmist started in 2013 in tamale and is built on worship and Evangelism, and its values and standards remain according to the constitution with the voice of the lord being the utmost. It is also one of the oldest group in the North.
The 2024 Psalmist Praise Night will be the 7th successful edition organized by the crew and this event seeks to bring people from all denominations to the forecourt of the throne of the most high to offer their praise. This is the main annual worship event of the ministry.
This year’s edition is themed “Your Presence is Heaven, and it is slated for 25th August 2024. Patrons will gather at the Global Evangelical Church, opposite Prisons Canteen at exactly 5pm. The presence of the Lord will surely shift down.
