On the 13th December 2023, sellers and buyers at the sphere of the Garu market witness an unprecedented event in the market. It was market Praise organized by the non-denominational gospel band, The Apostles in Collaboration with Miracle Assemblies of God Church in Garu. The Apostles took the sound of the heavenly to the market to grease the wheels of the gospel.
“The Apostles” is a Christian band, made up of gifted instrumentalists and singers who aspire to preach the message of Jesus Christ through their various talents.
It was so enticing to watch as the crew treated patrons at the market to indigenous Gospel Music and so alluring to watch them dance.
The whole event was well staged with a raised platform and powerful sound system. Definitely not the standard you might perceived but the best in our subregion.
The head pastor of Miracle Assemblies of God Church and Membership came out to support this course. The pastor of the church Rev. Dr. Philip Azumah, additionally a father of music in the Kusaug land who brimfully supported the agenda of the Apostles exhorted the crowd, made an altar call and Minister in songs.
