Phil-Mak Brings Out The First Successful Live Recorded Song From a Worship Event in The Upper East Region

Philip Markwo, also known as Phil-Mak in music, on the 8th day of March released and Audio cum video of his “SATISFACTION” song that was recorded live at the Fountain Gate Chapel’s Headquarters in Bolgatanga, Desert Pastures.

This will go down to become the First ever successful live recording project to pan out from the Upper East Region: with even 90% of instrumentation by autochtonous.

The Video and the audio of the song is out on Phil-Mak’s YouTube channel.

The song SATISFACTION, is the title song for the album. It’s also the 2024 co-operate theme for the Fountain Gate Chapel. For this, the album had a huge endorsement from the members of the church and their general overseer Rev. Eastwood Anaba.

The song features another talented singer from Desert Pastures, Bismark Albert. The two young gifted singers showed their vocal prowess in the song as they take turns to croon out their verses.

There has been a lot of attempts by many singers and crews to record live projects but hasn’t been successful. If successful hasn’t been of topnotch quality.

This project released gives us much hope about the future. It demonstrates our growth and the consequences of consistency.
