Dinbian Media Consult is set to award outstanding woman in the Northern Region of Ghana who have been earmarked as positive change makers. This is titled THE Northern Woman Awards (TNWA)
The award is deemed to encourage and empower women in Northern Ghana to step outside boundaries of their fears and strive to become impactful onto their societies.
According to the CEO of The Dinbian Media Consult, women in the Northern part of Ghana have not exercised their potentials fully and has been less valued. This reason impregnated and gave rise to The Hidden Women project under the Dinbian Media Consult, and it purposely seeks to empower women, give them honor and reverence, make the fearless and self-asserting.
The Dinbian Media Consult as a company is not only inclined to the perking up of the venerate of women but also children and men through The Hidden Children and The Hidden Men programs respectively.

The CEO of The Dinbian Media Consult, Dinbian Joyce Ali Najouk, is an individual passionate about children and women empowerment. She comes from Nakpanduri in the North-East Region of Ghana but currently lives in Yorkshire in the United Kingdom with her family. Dinbian is also an international, multiple award-winning gospel singer and a songwriter. She runs two significant organizations; Dinbian Media Consult (company) and Dinbian Open Hands of Love (foundation) which are self/internally funded.
The award which is afore-descibed is scheduled for Saturday, 16th September 2023 and will take place at Sam Executive Cuisine, Hajj Gold Road/Janda Oil Station in Tamale. This event will start at 4pm that evening.

Afterwards, profiles of awardeees and their sector of endeavor will be featured in the Dinbian Magazine both in digital format (on social media) and in hardcopies.
