Josiah Napari Ministries after a week of announcing individual ministers for their Mid-Year Thanksgiving program for 2023 has final brought to the public the full details of the program.
Mid-Year Thanksgiving is a praise and worship experience that is set to draw the body of
believers beyond simply singing and playing of musical instruments to a more spiritual
and life transforming communion with God.
The first edition of Mid-Year Thanksgiving took place in July 2022 which makes this year’s the second edition. “Thanksgiving is the component of worship that is designed by God for man to unlock the doors to his throne, where answers are given, and gifts are poured unto men. That is why the word of God in Psalm 100:4 admonishes us to come into his courts with praise after we have opened the gates with thanksgiving. Is there a burden on your heart, a challenge you are trusting God to solve or a hurdle you wish to leap over? You might as well begin thanking him in advance.” Josiah Napari revealed the inspiration behind the Mid-Year Thanksgiving program before the first edition.
Josiah Napari is one of the talented drummers one can find within Northern Ghana. Lately, he has manifested his calling into the high ministry of singing in the many programs he has been invited to minister. He comes from Tarikpaa in the Savelugu District in the Northern Region but lives in Tamale and fellowships with Sanctuary of Wind and Fire Assemblies of God in Tamale where he plays a role as a drummer. This explains why the Mid-Year Thanksgiving program could be said to a gift-back to society.
Josiah, together with his father Rev. Stephen Napari has taken this program to their hometown, Tarikpaa. Josiah’s father is a singer and has composed many Dagbani and Mampruli songs which are sung in present day.
This holy gathering is scheduled for 9th July 2023 at the Shalom Baptist Church in the Northern Region.
